Paradiso Mare Resort is seeking an Executive Chef to elevate our culinary program with Mediterranean elegance and world-class standards. This role is perfect for a chef who can balance traditional Italian flavors with global influences, delivering unforgettable dining experiences across our fine dining restaurant, poolside grill, and private events.

Responsibility

You will oversee all culinary operations, from menu creation to kitchen leadership, ensuring excellence and consistency in every guest experience.

Lead and coordinate culinary operations across multiple dining outlets
Create signature menus showcasing local seafood, produce, and Amalfi flavors
Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team
Maintain budget oversight, food cost analysis, and vendor partnerships
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are consistently met
Collaborate with resort management on banquets, weddings, and special events

Qualifications

We are searching for a passionate leader with strong management experience, creative menu development skills, and deep knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.

Extensive experience as an Executive Chef in luxury resorts, hotels, or fine dining venues
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
Strong background in Mediterranean and seafood-based cuisine
Proven leadership and team development skills
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management
Fluency in English; Italian proficiency highly valued
