Vegan Executive Chef

Green Table, a modern plant-based fine dining restaurant in Turin, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our innovative kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vegan cuisine, creativity in menu development, and expertise in high-quality plating and flavor combinations.

Responsibility

You will lead the kitchen team, design innovative vegan menus, and ensure every dish meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and sustainability.

Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and creativity
Design innovative vegan and plant-based menus using seasonal ingredients
Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to excel in plant-based culinary techniques
Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain vendor relationships
Ensure strict hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences

Qualifications

We are looking for a chef with strong experience in plant-based cuisine, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a creative, high-paced kitchen.

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in vegan or plant-based restaurants
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
Deep knowledge of plant-based cuisine and innovative cooking techniques
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in budgeting, inventory, and supplier management
Fluent in English; Italian language skills preferred
